Shipping questions.
Do I need to pay customs or import duties?
No. For orders to USA, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, and GCC countries, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). We act as the importer of record — every customs duty, import tax, and handling fee is already included in your checkout total. Courier companies will NOT contact you for payment. If a courier ever requests additional money at delivery, refuse the charge and email us immediately.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. You can also track from your order confirmation page.
What carriers do you use?
We partner with DHL, FedEx, and other premium carriers depending on the destination. All shipments are fully insured during transit.
Can I request faster shipping?
Yes. Contact us before placing your order and we can arrange expedited shipping for an additional fee. Reach out via WhatsApp or email.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses?
Due to the size and value of our controllers, we only ship to physical street addresses. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses are not supported.
